Returns & Exchanges

At Blue Screen Apparel, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
